Working closely with the Operations Management Team and all internal divisions in the preparation, execution, and completion of important construction projects. Works with general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors while overseeing the progress of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Requires strong communication, construction, leadership, organizational, and diplomacy skills.
This position is well suited for someone with a technical construction background that also enjoys interacting with customers, vendors, suppliers, and fellow employees. Requires strong technical and organizational skills, ability to respond to inquiries via electronic means, and interact with others in a calm and friendly manner. The Estimator participates as a positive team member in obtaining and closing deals with the sales department and will provide professional services and essential functions which are important to the construction project bidding process.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Cultivate customer relationships, work with clients to find what they need, discuss solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Work with the Estimating Team on project proposals and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Answer client queries, offer advice, and introduce our capabilities through meetings and presentations. Manage CRM technology and increase sales strategies.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Interact with customers on behalf of the company, attract potential customers by answering service questions, use telephone and electronic technology to reach out to clients and verify account information. Greet customer warmly and ascertain their reason for calling as well as investigate queries. Work to resolve client issues in a friendly and professional manner.
This position entails the ability to effectively strategize a plan, monitor projects, adhere to set timelines, budgets, and frequently report on progress. Must be organized with strong interpersonal skills. Provide administrative support to the project management and operations teams. Maintain neat, orderly, complete legal documents, and project files. Flexibility in assisting other team members is needed.
Draft and review contractual agreements between this company and suppliers of products or services. Evaluate bids, prepare contracts, and negotiate terms. Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts. Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner. Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.
