At 52,310 square feet, Offshore is the official world's largest rooftop bar as verified by the Guinness Book of World Records.

During construction, we installed 8 bi-fold Nana Wall openings, 79 curtain wall sections around the perimeter of the main building and custom fabricated over 698 linear feet of 72" tall windscreen which surrounds the 20,000-square-foot terrace.
